"Raksha"
“Raksha” is a non-invasive, handheld, and portable oral cancer detection device. With a rechargeable battery backup, the developed invention uses specialized lights and a camera to capture images of the oral mucosa.
It is based on the principle of image capturing under a combination of fluorescence and white light.
The device is equipped with a high-resolution camera and a light source that illuminates the oral cavity.
The captured image is stored on a server (local or cloud) and then analyzed by a trained AI/ML model to categorize the subject as normal, premalignant, or malignant based on mucosal tissue health.
